3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or purchase products.

  • Availability: Products are subject to stock limitations. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel orders due to inventory errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
  • Intellectual Property: All designs, logos ("2 Bone," skeletal motifs), graphics, and taglines ("Feeling Down to Your Bones") are protected trademarks/copyrights of 2 Bone Apparel. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. ORDERS, PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Order Process

  1. Add items to cart.
  2. Provide accurate shipping/billing details.
  3. Review order summary.
  4. Submit payment.
    Order confirmation email ≠ acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon shipment notification. We may cancel orders pre-shipment for fraud prevention, inventory issues, or policy violations.

Payment

  • Secure processing via Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
  • You warrant that all payment information is valid and authorized.
  • International transactions may incur bank fees; you are responsible for these.
  • Fraudulent transactions will be reported to authorities.

Shipping

  • Domestic (U.S.): Standard (5–10 business days), Expedited (2–3 days). Tracking provided.
  • International: 10–21 business days. Delays may occur due to customs.
  • Risk of Loss: Transfers to you upon carrier acceptance.
  • Address Accuracy: Verify details at checkout. Reshipment fees apply for incorrect addresses.
  • Customs/Duties: International customers bear all import fees, taxes, or duties. We are not responsible for customs delays.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Aligned with our commitment to your satisfaction and authentic connection to our pieces.

  • Window: 30 days from delivery date.
  • Eligibility: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
  • Exclusions: Final sale items (marked at purchase), gift cards, personalized/custom items.
  • Process:

    2. Receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    3. Ship the item with RMA visible on the package. Returns without RMA will be rejected.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Report within 7 days with photos. We cover return shipping and expedite replacement/refund.

7. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

    OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Any legal action must be filed exclusively in state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts and waive objections to jurisdiction or venue.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY—IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

  • Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of dispute notice.
  • Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration occurs in Orange County, CA, before a single neutral arbitrator.
  • Class Action Waiver: YOU AND 2 BONE APPAREL AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. CLASS ACTIONS, COLLECTIVE ACTIONS, OR JURY TRIALS ARE EXPRESSLY WAIVED.
  • Severability: If the class waiver is deemed unenforceable, the arbitration agreement is void, and disputes may proceed in court only on an individual basis.
  • Small Claims Exception: Either party may pursue claims in small claims court if within its jurisdictional limits.
